Refund Policy

At Reset Yyourself, our services involve dedicated time, preparation, and energy work by Prriya Mohan. Because our services are time-based and experiential, all sales for completed sessions are final. However, we strive to be fair and flexible when it comes to cancellations and rescheduling before a session takes place.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we require notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

• 24 Hours Notice: You may reschedule your session at no additional cost, or request a full refund.
• Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are generally non-refundable. Rescheduling may be allowed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled online or in-person session without prior notice, the session is forfeited and no refund will be issued.

If you arrive late (or join the online call late), the session will still end at the originally scheduled time so as not to delay the next client. The full fee for the session remains applicable, and no partial refunds will be provided for the missed time.

For vedic astrology readings, Prriya spends considerable time analyzing your birth chart prior to the actual session. Therefore, if you cancel an astrology reading with less than 24 hours notice, the preparation fee (representing 50% of the total session cost) is non-refundable, even if an exception is made for the remainder of the fee.

In the rare event that Prriya needs to cancel a session due to illness or an unforeseen emergency, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered the choice of rescheduling the session at your earliest convenience or receiving a full refund.
